Group fitness classes are fun!

They are a great way to meet new people and workout beyond your perceived limitations as our trainer pushes and motivates you.

Although everyone in class are all working towards the same goal, exercise options are given to ensure classes are suited for all fitness levels.


We provide a supportive and friendly environment  where people will not feel judged or self-conscious.

We aim to make participants feel a sense of belonging, feel confident and proud of their individual achievements.

This fun low-impact class combines strength and cardio workouts mixed with the waters resistance to provide a high-calorie-burning full-body workout, whilst you stay cool and refreshed.

Metafit HIIT


Metafit™ is the original HIIT workout which combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire!

Metafit is a 30min class that lasts 24hrs
