I am a qualified Nutritional Medicine Practitioner, a registered Fitness Professional, a mother to two beautiful children and a Certified Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner.
I have a passion to inspire birthing couples to have a positive, calm and empowering birth experience, using the same tools, techniques and program that my Husband and I used to welcome our Son earth-side!
Birth is a natural instinctual process that our bodies were designed to do.
I believe that how we bring our babies into the word can have a life-long impact on the birthing mother, the people around her and our babies!
This is why it is so important that every birthing woman/ couple has the knowledge to make informed decisions about their bodies and their babies bodies.
I love helping people to replace fear of birth with love and confidence.

The original Hypnobirthing Australia™ program is uniquely designed for Australian mothers and their birth companions.
Hypnobirthing Australia™ is a positive childbirth education program that provides both the birthing woman and the birth partner with the education, tools and support to be able to prepare for a positive and empowering birthing experience, regardless of any circumstances that may arise.
The ‘hypno’ part of ‘hypnobirthing’ refers to the hypnotherapy that we use during the program to release fears and condition ourselves to release endorphins at times during our birth.
