Benefits of sprouting!

-Sprouting is the germination of seeds

-Sprouts are full of vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, amino acids and fibre

-Sprouts are extremely high in enzymes, containing 100x more enzymes than raw fruit and vegetables

-Some sprouts are great raw, whilst others are best to be heated up

-Sprouting makes it more bioavailable due to eliminating phytic acid

-Sprouts alkalize the body

-They are easy to grow

-They are cheap
